How to Spa

Our Spa environment has been designed for relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We ask that noise is kept to a minimum and that all mobile phones are switched off during your stay with us. The Spa is strictly not available for any one under 16 years of age. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Children are not allowed access to any area of the Spa.

Reservations

Advanced booking prior to arrival is
recommended to secure your preferred date and treatment time. All spa bookings cannot be confirmed or secured without credit or debit card details. Please let us know in advance if you are celebrating any special occasions such as birthdays or hen parties.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate other appointments but will not affect the treatment cost.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not
permitted within the spa. Only alcohol purchased in the spa can be consumed on the premises.

Attire

A bathing suit is required for the Thermal Suite. You will be provided with a robe, slippers and towels during your time in the Spa.

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa Team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Please note that the thermal suite is unsuitable for expectant mothers. Massage and stimulating treatments are not advised before 15 weeks of pregnancy and before first pre-natal scan.

Health Conditions

If you suffer from any medical condition we advise you to consult with your doctor before making a reservation. Kindly advise us when booking if you are suffering from any medical condition that may affect your treatment.

Cancelation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests please give 24 hours notice for cancelling one guest, 48 hours notice for 2 guests and 72 hours notice for groups of 3 or more. Failure to cancel within the required time will result in 50% cancellation fee. Failure to arrive will result in 100% charge of the treatment price. Management reserves the right to adjust treatment prices and treatment times.

Revas Spa COVID 19 Policies

We are committed to your health + wellness. We would like to reassure you that Revas Spa & Hair Studio is practicing strict controls to ensure the health and safety of all employees and clients and has the following protocols in place.

Infection and Control Measures

We strongly encourage all employees & clients to follow these guidelines from the World Health Organisation on infection control, both whilst at work and in their daily lives.

We ask you to:

Wear a facemask while moving throughout the Day Spa

Please sanitize your hands on arrival and regularly throughout your visit with the sanitizer provided

Please practice social distancing at all times

Your temperature will be taken on arrival. Any guest who presents with an elevated temperature will be offered to reschedule their appointment.

Hygeine

We have further extended our Hygiene Time between all treatments during which time your treatment room is fully prepared for you by thorough anti-viral sanitation; laundering treatment bed dressings and room ventilation between clients. All Day Spa staff treatment staff are wearing facemasks; practicing strict hygiene controls including thorough hand-washing between clients along with sanitizing touch points throughout the Spa.

If you present with symptoms

In the interest of other clients and staff, if you present at Revas Spa & Hair Studio showing symptoms of Coronavirus you will be asked to reschedule your visit. If you begin to display symptoms of the virus, you must follow Government guidance to find out what to do next. 

COVID Cancelation Policy

We require a credit or debit card details to secure all treatment bookings. You can reschedule your treatment booking up to 48 hours before your booking start time. If you are showing Covid symptoms, we are allowing any booking to be rescheduled within the cancellation period – the details will be transferred to the new date.
