A few notes to help you get the most from your visit.
Arriving
Please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment so you can change and begin your thermal journey unhurried. Arriving late may shorten your treatment.
What to bring
Robes, towels and slippers are provided. Bring swimwear for the thermal suite.
Health
Please tell us about pregnancy, allergies, injuries or medical conditions when booking so we can adapt your treatment.
Age
The spa is an adult, over-16 environment. Some treatments are 18+.
Cancellations
We ask for 48 hours notice to change or cancel a booking.
