Sleep Body Oil (Night)

The night oil in GROUND's Codladh collection, handmade in Cork. Sweet almond and sunflower seed oils with calendula nurture the skin while lavender, bergamot, cedarwood, eucalyptus, Roman chamomile and rosemary work on winding down. Warm five or six pumps in your palms, breathe it in, then massage upward from the feet and legs to the arms and chest on slightly damp skin. Patch test on the inner elbow first, and for external use only.
